« I would like Ukraine to have a stable and predictable parliament that would form efficient executive power », - stated Olexandr Lavrynovych, First Vice-Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in his interview to the periodical "2000".
He expressed his hopes that Ukrainians "will live till the times when parliament and government will work for 5 years". According to the politician, these branches of authority should bear joint and several responsibility. "Pursuant to the Constitution, the parliament can not exist without a coalition", stated O.Lavrynovych and added: "Parliament is responsible for the executive power. If there is no parliament there will be no government".
The First Vice-Chairman stated that every country needs structured and professional administration on the part of the leaders of the State.
